Our Pack

Hi! I’m Gabrielle and that serious looking black and white fluffer is Gracie Lou. We found each other almost twelve years through Palmetto Paws Animal Rescue in Charleston, SC.

As a dog mama who was admittedly pretty obsessed with her 8 week old pup, I wanted what was best for Gracie. I started to pay attention to what ingredients were in the food Gracie ate and realized I didn’t know what half of these ingredients were, let alone how to say them! After doing some research into what really went into commercially produced dog food and treats, I decided to start making Gracie’s dog treats myself. Wholesome, healthy ingredients that you could say and see in every treat.

During one of my baking sessions for Gracie, I thought about taking my hobby of baking, my crazy love for my dog and the knowledge I gained from giving her a healthier lifestyle and turn it into a local, homemade dog treat business. I was excited to share these delicious goodies with even more pups in our community.

And so, here we are! Gracie’s Goodies is a woman-owned small business with a mission to fill dogs’ bellies with healthy, fun treats. We promise they will be making those sweet puppy dog eyes for more.

Since starting Gracie’s Goodies, we added Chewbacca, or Chewie for short, to our pack. Chewie was abandoned at my former office four years ago in terrible physical and emotional condition and he found his forever home with us. He’s the sweetest, gentlest pup you’ll ever meet and we’re so happy to now be a part of the efforts to destigmatize Pitbulls.
